With prior roles at Microsoft, KPMG, and multiple venture-backed businesses, he has spent the past six years leading biometrics and digital identity strategy across Australia and New Zealand. As Head of Identity Cloud Establishment for ANZ, Steven has been instrumental in delivering regulated, bank-grade identity services for government and financial services, including NEC becoming New Zealand’s first accredited provider under the DISTF. His work focuses on trusted digital onboarding, AML-aligned identity verification, biometric assurance, and scalable cloud platforms that enable secure, reusable digital identity across regulated markets.
