Nicola is the co-founder of both Tax Traders and new venture Taxi, which provides tax-powered working capital to businesses (a world first!). Nicola is driven by the pursuit of justice and equity and a deep desire to see business as a force for good in the world. Nicola is responsible for our ground-breaking people practices, our distinctive culture, and the strategic direction of the group. A commercial lawyer by training, Nicola is an award-winning leader who was recently recognised at the New Zealand Leadership Awards and who has received international recognition for the workplace and culture she has been instrumental in creating in her businesses.
